what is internet marketing? July 22, 2009
Posted by Pat in : nothing in particular , comments closedInternet marketing is carrying out certain activities that generate sales and/or capture leads from potential customers that are surfing the net .
This means getting your website to rank in Google, Yahoo MSN, article directories, blog directories, RSS Feeds, Social Networks, and other search related sites so that it shows up when a potential customer of yours types in a “keyword phrase” that relates to your operation .
This is something of a mysterious art these days and is an art that is always evolving as the search engines evolve. With each passing month there is a much greater need to hire specialists and consultants that work solely in this arena, in order for businesses to be able to get their sites at the top of Google’s search engine results for the keywords that will generate sales and leads. This service is called SEO or search engine optimization. The other way for businesses to get the same results is to arrange for their staff to participate in focused training seminars, or one on one training, to gain the necessary skills to do this work in-house
Internet marketing has grown to include pay per click advertising. Ads that are placed within the results pages of search engines (when you do a Google search , they show up on the right hand side of the page) that are written by advertisers to be triggered when certain keywords or phrases are searched on . Each time a user clicks on the ad, they are forwarded to \ they end up on the advertiser’s website, and the advertiser is charged for that “click”. This is how Google makes most of its income.
The future of Internet marketing will be the social networking sites like Facebook. Here, the most efficient advertising will be “viral” and more “virtual word of mouth”. This is much more difficult to manage than search engine optimization and pay per click advertising, but has the potential to be much more profitable!
There are many companies that specialise in assisting company’s in their Internet Marketing efforts.

Posted by Pat in : nothing in particular , comments closedThis is a very common question many young couples wonder about when they begin planning for that big day. The answer is not the same for every couple. Lack of time is the most common reason for hiring a professional. However, the following reasons will show you why hiring a wedding planner is a good idea.
Planning a wedding can be stressful, especially if all the details are disorganized. There are so many tiny little details that need to be taken care of. The wedding planner will help you organize your dream wedding and keep you within your budget by suggesting ways to make your dollar go the farthest.
A wedding planner knows all of the options that are available to you, including the ones that may not be well known, which means they can find you a better deal on almost anything you might need. The information and discounts that a planner can provide, can easily shave 10-20 percent off of your wedding costs, more than making them worth the money.
You can afford a wedding planner since it is not an extra expense if you consider the planning part of your wedding budget. Your wedding planner will even be able to save you money by suggesting the appropriate vendors that will provide professional services to accommodate your budget. If your budget will allow you to hire a good planner, it’ll be money well spent.
Ask for help when you need it. A great way to find wedding planners is to visit the wedding directory. I hope you enjoyed reading this article and found the information useful and interesting.

A way to get relaxed naturally is to take a warm bath. Try soaking in a warm tub an hour before bed. That may help ease the stress of the day and help make you feel sleepy. Adding calming smells, for example lavender oil, to the warm water can also help in relaxation too. Chamomile tea is another one of the many excellent natural sleep remedy solutions you may use to reach a restful sleep. Some people also select to set a little cachet of chamomile under their pillow as the smell of this dried flower can be terribly relaxing too. Finding a natural sleep remedy is now much easier than ever.
Another great option to think about in the way of natural sleep aids is that of Sleep Tracks system. This sleep help system has been proven to help people go to sleep and stay asleep, and it is largely a means of “entraining” the brain by listening to tracks each night which employ a rhythm to help train the brain so you’ll be in a position to fall into a much deeper sleep. With Sleep Tracks you can try the product on a trial basis, and if it does not work, return it and get a complete refund. Either way, there are several different options for you to try if you are one of the millions suffering from insomnia.
